I shot a portrait of Jesse Scaccia, editor of AltDaily, he was kind enough to take some time to be my subject for a photo assignment/contest. We went up to the top of a parking garage to use Downtown Norfolk as the background.
Jesse is a great guy who really cares about improving the quality of life for everyone in Hampton Roads. He has a lot of great ideas and is open to more, always looking at what the city can become.
