It's time for Christmas Mini Sessions! I love having fun with so many great people with my mini sessions. This year I am going to do them in Downtown Portsmouth, in front of their giant Christmas Tree at the High Street Landing and the immediate area.

Here are the details: 
Date: December 5 (digital files will be ready Monday so you can get your Christmas Cards ordered)
Time: 2-5pm (Only 7 spots available!)
Location: High Street Landing, Portsmouth (there is a parking garage across the street)

Corwin | CHKD NICU | Norfolk Family Photograhy

I had a great time photographing Corwin and his family on the USS Wisconsin in Norfolk. This was a joint shoot for CHKD. It was part of the NICU project I have been working on and will be used for a story about them in KidStuff.

Winter White Open House 2015 | Portsmouth Portrait Photographer

 I am opening up my home and studio on February 21st from 1-5pm for a fun afternoon of pictures. I will also be showing off some cool new products and giving away prints, portrait sessions!

Photography Sessions
I will have my studio setup, bring your whole family with their heaviest winter gear for a fun quick shoot. The cost is $20 and includes one 8x10 of your favorite image. Plus save 25% on same day print orders.

New Products
I have some really great specialty prints that I have come across and want to show them off! One of my favorites have magnetic mounting brackets making moving and updating easy.

Door Prizes
I am still finalizing the list but they include prints, a 16x24 print, mini sessions and a portrait session!

This summer I met my good friends and their daughters at the Hampton Roads Demonstration Gardens in Virginia Beach. These girls are full of energy and were so much fun to chase around the gardens.

I met with Joe to discuss a project and brought my camera for some test shots. As we were talking about the wooden spoons he makes, he said he would make one for me. So as we talked he worked on carving a wooden spoon, almost entirely by hand. Here are some of my shots from that night.

The Only time a machine was used was to cut out the overall shape.

I love getting to capture children as they are growing up and Joey has grown so much in the last year. He is such a sweet kid, when he saw me coming up the trail he ran up to me and gave me big hug! It was great seeing him and his family again.

I had a great time with Felisha and Adil at First Landing State Park for their engagement session. This May I will be capturing their wedding just up the beach at the Virginia Beach Resort Hotel. I'm sure it's going to be a great party!
